Proactively integrating user feedback is key to a successful business – whether launching an app, redesigning a website, refining product features, or making ongoing improvements to the customer experience.
The challenge is getting usable feedback, then acting on it.
What applications do you use to create wireframes and prototypes?
I started out in sketch over ten years ago and then got into Adobe Xd after 2015 AdobeMax conference in LA. I now mostly use Figma to wireframe and prototype product ideas. Miro is great for remote whiteboard sessions!
What do you specialize in?
User persona development, research, user testing (usertesting.com or Dovetail), Wireframing and prototyping, leading whiteboard sessions/discovery/kickoff meetings with clients and stakeholders, analytics (google and adobe), user interface design, HotJar and much more.
What applications do you use for Product Management?
JIRA, confluence, Asana, Basecamp are the ones I have used in the past on various applications.
How do you start a project?
I leverage my extensive UX research insights and stakeholder requirements to make better decisions early in the product development process. I apply internal/external standards and best practices to create the first phase (wireframes) that serve as the blueprint for product team while ensuring I stay on point with brand standards.
